Having worked with everyone from farmers and pensioners to property developers and public bodies, we’ve honed our workflow and processes for speed and cost-efficiency, no matter how big or small the project.
From first contact to final completion, you can count on your experience with Ezy-Flo Fabrications being well managed and stress-free.
Here’s how our process works.
- Plans & Site Visit
Working from your plans and drawings, plus in-person site visits where necessary, we will take the time to accurately assess your project and/or site.
- Itemised Quote
We will provide a detailed quote, itemising all costs involved and both parties’ responsibilities for the project.
- Contract
If our quote is to your satisfaction, we will draw up all the relevant contracts and related documents. You will also be provided with any required Safe Work Statements along with a Variations Form, just in case any unforeseen extras decide to appear. An initial deposit is paid and progress payments laid out.
- Start Work
Work commences according to our agreed schedule, scope and timeframes. Where possible, we will coordinate with other trades to minimise downtime or overlap, while taking proactive measures to be prepared to begin at short notice. Progress payments are settled.
- Completion
Once work is complete, we’ll provide any required engineer or council sign-offs and leave the site ready for the next trades to get started.
